Notes The first 5.10 kernel I try with CONFIG_THERMAL_DEFAULT_GOV_POWER_ALLOCATOR=y and the first geekbench run with 5950x NOT with temp in the 80s, but the 70s, even 60s... PErhaps this GOV POWER ALLOCATOR really does, what I think?
